Seasoned Delights: Almonds or Seeds

Shake up your taste buds with this easy snack that’s perfect for when you’re on the go!
Ingredients:
2 ounces of Roasted Almonds, Sunflower Seed Kernels, or Pumpkin Seeds

Additional Ingredients:
Select one of the flavors below…

Salt and Pepper
¼ tsp pepper, adjust to taste
⅛ tsp salt, adjust to taste

Italian
⅛ cup finely grated Parmesan
½ tsp Italian seasoning

Sweet Cinnamon
1 tbsp Stevia in the Raw or Splenda
½ tsp cinnamon

Chocolate
1 – 1 ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 – 1 ½ tsp Stevia in the Raw or Splenda

Spicy
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp fresh lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Open bag of your preferred nuts or seeds and add seasonings.
  2. Hold the top closed and shake until evenly coated.

Option: place nuts or seeds in a resealable sandwich bag for a portable snack.
