Happy first week of fall, it’s time for the cozy season!

Happy first week of fall! Today I’m sharing a fall home tour of our main floor. For our new friends here at The Inspired Room, we’ve lived in this home for three years now. We moved here in the fall of 2021, right after becoming empty nesters. We sold our house in Seattle so we could downsize to the coast! My parents moved in with us that same fall. In 2023 we began a year long renovation (and addition of the Tiny Cottage) to make our home comfy for everyone.

Now we’re enjoying our first fall here when we can really feel settled! No more major renovations or moves for us! We’re here to stay.

As a HomeBody, I love fall at home most of all.

By the way, I will have some very exciting news from around our house to share coming up in the next week or so 🙂

The new basket bed for Lily arrived! We didn’t order the cushion with it, so I still need to figure out what we’ll use. But she seems to love just fluffy pillows and blankets so maybe that’s all we need!
