The drill in this video is the DEWALT DW236 7.8 Amp 1/2-Inch Drill with Keyless Chuck. It is nearly identical to the DW246.
Here is the list of “requirements” that makes a good drill. Yes I know, it’s one man’s opinion but it is always helpful to get a recommendation.
1. Corded (no battery)
2. Accepts at least a 1/2″ bit
3. Keyless chuck. (plastic, not rubber if possible)
4. Dependable brand
