Looking for a way to brighten up your morning? Waffles are the perfect recipe. Today, we’ve added a scoop of protein powder to them, making them protein-packed. The banana, on the other hand, ensures they’re soft and fluffy. You’ll simply fall in love with this quick and easy recipe!

Method:

First, blend the oats and set them aside. Then, blend the banana and egg into a smooth mixture and add the blended oats. Next, mix in the protein powder and baking powder. Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with oil. Pour the batter evenly to make 4 waffles in total. Cook until golden brown and nicely crispy.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Once done, place the waffles on a plate and top them to your liking. We went with the classic combination of Greek yoghurt, fruit, and coconut syrup. But you can’t go wrong with Zero syrups, nut butters, or even freeze-dried fruit.
