Chelsea have drawn 1-1 against Nottingham Forest at home – but it could so easily have been a 2-1 loss or a 2-1.
In a crazy period of extra time, Neco Williams found himself one on one with Robert Sanchez. He smashed one to the far post, but the Spaniard made a great save to deny him. With ten man Forest stretched, the Blues raced up the other end through Mykhailo Mudryk, who delivered a great cross to Christopher Nkunku.
But Mats Selz in the Forest goal was equal to his effort too. It was truly end to end at that point, with the Blues throwing everything at it.
Minutes later, with almost the last play of the game, Sanchez made another fingertip stop. It was a fittingly epic end to an increasingly wild game.
