Check out the workflow for this Inlay restoration with the biomimetic approach. The silver filling is removed with my favorite hourglass diamond bur. 90% of my prep is completed with Komet Single use diamonds and then the M & D boxes are finished with the SF1LM sonic preparation safely and quickly. I placed direct composite restoration (G-Aenial sculpt) on the buccal and a milled lithium disilicate Inlay. The preparation is Immediate Dentin Sealed and everX flow is used as a restorative foundation. The final restoration is cemented with heated composite for a seamless finish.
