Deshae’s Prank Goes Wrong

On Wednesday, February 19, a clip of Deshae and TikTok personality, Ekane, started making rounds online. In the footage, Deshae approaches a woman inside a Target and asks her, “You look so f******* good. I can F*** you right now. Can I have your number?” while she’s on the phone with her mom.

She lets him know she’s in the middle of a call, and while he briefly apologizes, he asks her the same question again and offers to take them to grab dinner. She turns him down.

Shortly after, a man, allegedly the woman’s brother, approached Deshae. The two appeared to exchange words over Deshae’s remarks toward his sister. Deshae and Evan informed the man that it was all a prank and that they were live streaming. However, the man continued to confront Deshae, seemingly unimpressed by the explanation.

Social Media Weighs In

Once the clip hit social media, reactions poured in.

Instagram user @manithadoll wrote, “So making a woman uncomfortable and labeling it as a prank makes it okay now???”

X user @doja_Queens added, _“IDK what he pressed for? What, his sister is not allowed to date anyone. I can understand his anger at someone trying to hit up his sister in front of him, but like, what’s the problem…?

Instagram user @mjade.__ chimed in, “How would Ekane feel if someone approached her daughter like that? Oh ok.”

Meanwhile, @divination.of.deangela wasn’t feeling the excuse, writing, “‘It’s a prank’ is not an acceptable joke.”

Even rapper Maiya the Don had something to say, adding, _“And I’m glad he was there to say something, because what’s the prank????? What’s soooo funny about being disgusting towards women ??????”

Deshae Frost Reportedly Banned On Twitch

Reports surfaced on Wednesday night that Twitch reportedly banned Deshae. While the suspension’s direct connection to the prank remains unclear, the timing has created speculation online.

This is Deshae’s second ban from the platform, and it’s uncertain how long the suspension will last.

Deshae is not the only popular Twitch streamer to face a ban. One of the platform’s biggest creators, Kai Cenat received a ban during his Mafiathon 2 event after police swatted the mansion he was streaming from. Akademiks also recently faced a ban amid controversy involving a 15-year-old accusing him of grooming.

Meanwhile, Adin Ross remains permanently banned and has moved his streaming career to the competing platform, Kick.

As of now, Deshae has not commented on the backlash or his latest Twitch suspension.
