Left to manage critical operations on their own, the firm looked for an alternative and transitioned to Motto Mortgage’s franchise model for its compliance tools, loan origination system, and operational support.
“Our team was able to work with Motto HQ to seamlessly transition our office to a Motto Mortgage franchise, quickly get set up on a proprietary loan origination system and Motto’s suite of technology tools, and transition our loan processing operations to wemlo® – all while ensuring there was limited disruption to our day-to-day operations,” Chris Cole, one of the brokerage’s founders, said in a media release.
Now part of the Motto network, Motto Mortgage Home Advisors offers homebuyers a wider range of financing options than traditional retail lenders. Unlike banks or direct lenders, the brokerage can source loans from multiple wholesale mortgage providers, potentially offering borrowers more competitive rates and flexible terms.
The office is staffed by experienced loan originators, including Nancy Rhodes, Amber Lusk, and Katie Palisch, who will continue working with local buyers to navigate the mortgage process.
“Our business model provides franchise owners and loan originators with extensive support including ongoing educational opportunities, an ecosystem of technology tools designed to streamline and simplify the loan process, compliance resources, recruiting assistance to help grow their businesses, and support in navigating the nuances of the mortgage industry,” said Ward Morrison, president and CEO of Motto Franchising.
