I have no idea why some people prefer to complicate something so simple, but they do, so I made this reel to clear things up about creatine.
⭐️ Creatine is produced naturally in our bodies, it helps our body manufacture protein & supply energy to muscle cells.
⭐️ Drink it with water or juice, why would you drink it with coffee or milk like ehhhhhh?! Sort yourself out!
⭐️ Take 5g of creatine every day, YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOAD IT!
⭐️ Food you eat contains creatine, but only in small amounts, this is why we supplement it!
⭐️ It takes time for your muscles to become saturated, so expect to see results within 4+ weeks.
⭐️ Creatine will make your muscles look fuller due to it saturating the muscle cell & drawing water to itself.
⭐️ Drink more water whilst taking creatine to prevent cramping & to actually make it work better!
⭐️ Men & women can/should take creatine!
⭐️ Creatine supplementation is not bad for your liver/kidneys UNLESS you have a problem with either/both prior to taking creatine!
