Unsurprisingly, the notoriously touchy Australian Classification Board has put a stop to Silent Hill f, the upcoming next entry to the Silent Hill franchise.
Checking in on the classification board’s website, you can find that the game was slapped with a Refused Classification rating, which is reserved for those titles that “cannot be sold, hired, advertised, or legally imported” into the country.
No reason was given, but we suspect it likely had to do with some darker than expected content in Silent Hill f. It joins another 2025 game to get the classification, the other being Hunter × Hunter: Nen × Impact, which was also slapped with the RC rating.
