Queen Aminata was originally scheduled to face Jamie Hayter on the March 29 episode of AEW Collision, but a last-minute change took her out of action.

AEW announced that Aminata was not medically cleared to compete due to a wrist injury. She was seen backstage with her wrist taped while speaking to Lexy Nair during a segment on the broadcast.

The segment also featured Serena Deeb, who confronted Aminata and handed her a book—implying that Aminata had made a mistake by not following her guidance. Deeb has been building her character around discipline and technical wrestling knowledge, and this moment continued that direction.

With Aminata out, Billie Starkz was announced as the replacement in the match against Hayter. Starkz has been gaining momentum and was recently confirmed as a participant in the upcoming Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.

Queen Aminata’s injury comes just one week after she lost to Julia Hart on the March 22 episode of Collision. It’s currently unclear how long she’ll be out of in-ring competition.

What do you think about the Serena Deeb and Queen Aminata tension? Should AEW turn it into a full feud once Aminata is cleared? Drop your thoughts in the comments—we want to hear from you.
