Let’s face it, newborn sleep is fragmented and disruptive. A new mom faces numerous challenges in those early weeks and months, and being sleep-deprived can make everything feel just that much harder. After enduring pregnancy, welcoming a newborn, and trying to survive newborn sleep patterns, it can be hard to find sleep as a new mom.

Sleep is, of course, essential. And quality sleep (when you can get it) makes everything around your more tolerable and enjoyable. So while we can’t promise this video will get you the best sleep of your life, we do have a few tips so the new moms and dads can get a little more sleep.
