UK: Located in the Haymarket area of Edinburgh, hotel brand The Hoxton is set to open its first Scottish property this June 23rd.

Spread across 11 interconnected Georgian townhouses, the 214-room Hoxton Edinburgh has been restored by AIME Studios, the in-house design team of parent company Ennismore.

The hotel will feature a mix of Snug Single, Bunk, Cosy, Roomy, and Biggy rooms, along with the new House category—three self-contained, three-bedroom homes designed for longer stays which are due to launch later in the summer.

The Hoxton Edinburgh will also feature an open-plan lobby, designed to offer a versatile space for remote working and socialising. A five-seater screening room will also support the hotel’s cultural programming.

For larger events, The Apartment provides flexible meeting space and will be located on the ground floor of the hotel with four rooms centred around a communal pantry. For grand occasions, The Get Together is a ballroom-style events space.

The hotel’s restaurant Patatino will serve an all-day Italian menu inspired by trattoria dining on the Amalfi Coast, offering classic dishes made with local Scottish produce.

Earlier this year, The Hoxton Edinburgh was acquired by Cedar Capital Partners as part of a wider multi-property, €200 million European deal.

Future expansion for The Hoxton includes the brand’s market debut in Australia and Scandinavia in 2027.
