Exclusive back workout by Hany Rambod and Urs Kalecinski, to help him win the Mr. Olympia. As a starter, Hany has Urs running two sets with the Mag grip and two underhand pulldowns, hitting 8–12 reps beyond failure. Urs holds the final rep for five seconds to fire up those lower lats—exactly where he needs the glow-up. Next is the Dumbbell Row, 3 sets 10 to 12 reps. Although Urs has done this exercise before, Hany corrects his form to make it perfect. Don’t swing the dumbbell back and forth, but keep it just up and down. And for the end, they go to rope pullovers for 3 sets till failure. This exercise targets the lats mainly and isolates them, so make sure to use proper weight and not go overboard.
