This video showcases app reviews for Miro app developers on the Miro app marketplace. Developers have access to see their reviews from users and be able to flag reviews if they deem them inappropriate.

As an app developer on the Miro app Marketplace, once you’ve successfully published your app, you’ll be able to access your app reviews through developers.miro.com.

First go to developers.miro.com and then find an app which you’ve published. From there, click on the “Monitor app reviews” icon, which is next to the “edit app” icon. From there, you’ll be able to see all the reviews users have written about your app, the date when they were written, and the content of ther reviews. There is a small flag icon on the right side of the review. If you click on that flag icon, then you can give a reason to the Miro app Marketplace team to take a look at why you think the review is inappropriate, such as spam. The Miro app Marketplace team will review it, and will either approve or reject your request. You can see all follow up information from the marketplace team in the same page where you’ve requested the review to be flagged. If the marketplace team approves your request, then the review will be taken down from your app listing page and it will be removed from your total star rating from your app.
