Paul Heyman isn’t just defending his shocking WrestleMania 41 betrayal—he’s torching everything in sight while doing it.
During a fiery appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Heyman explained why he turned on Roman Reigns and CM Punk to side with Seth Rollins, but also used the platform to drag Michael Cole, Vince McMahon, AEW, and even threw in a Las Vegas hooker reference.
Cole kicked things off with a jab: “I want to know how much Seth Rollins paid you to pull off what happened on Saturday night.”
Heyman instantly flipped the switch: “About a dollar less than Vince McMahon used to pay you to be JR’s lackey. I’m sorry, were you going to the lowest bidder back then? Never saw you jump to WCW.” Cole responded: “Never.”
Heyman didn’t stop there. With AEW clearly in his sights, he added: “I don’t see you going to Jacksonville anytime soon.”
When Cole confirmed he had no plans to leave WWE, Heyman delivered the knockout blow: “So you’re staying with the highest bidder, right? So you’re just like the hooker on Las Vegas Boulevarde.”
This wild exchange came after Heyman’s already viral comments about siding with Rollins because both men had been used and discarded by Roman Reigns. He also didn’t hold back on Punk, comparing him to Shannon Sharpe: “CM Punk does as much good to my reputation as Shannon Sharpe does to ESPN.”
As for when the alliance with Rollins came together, Heyman said it all clicked in the moment: “When I handed him the chair. No words needed to be said—we’re all speaking the same language. We’re on the same wavelength.”
Heyman’s scorched-earth promo confirms one thing—he’s back in full chaos mode, and no one’s safe from the verbal crossfire. Not Reigns, not Punk, not Cole, and definitely not AEW.
