Coarse brings back their fan favorite characters with the upcoming Kings For a Day, featuring Paw! and Noop as royalty in the Monkeyrabbits kingdom. A collaboration with plush artist Flat Bonnie and Pop Mart, the newest installment in the False Friends vinyl art toy series offers an imaginative vision of fleeting turns as kings with both enjoying somewhat makeshift royal trappings. Paw! is ready for his reign with a golden crown, curious cloud scepter (a subtle reference to the previous False Friends / You Used To Keep Me Warm set) and a seed necklace featuring a spiked ball. As is his deceptive habit, Noop imitates Paw! as only he can do with a fabric crown, and Paw! hooded cape designed by Flat Bonnie. Each has a long tail as is only befitting of MonkeyRabbits royalty. While almost none of us has the fortune of being born into royalty, we can each be ‘kings’ of our own personal domain or setting.
