The Prophetic Scars in the Path of Your Calling

The Prophetic Chart for the victory your Call and Assignment is predestined to gain, and may show that you will crush the head of the serpent, but the serpent will bruise your heel, leaving you with a scar.

“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” Genesis 3:15.

The LORD Jesus Christ indeed lived out this Prophecy. He bruised the head of the serpent, yet the serpent left Him with scars in His palm and His feet.

The scars of one hung on a tree, executed as a criminal by crucifixion.

“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree,” Galatians 3:13.

The Scriptures showed two Witnesses will emerge in the last days, greatly anointed by The LORD with powerful signs and wonders, to shut the heavens and to call down rain and fire.

“And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will,” Revelation 11:3-6.

Yet, it is foretold of them, they will be confronted by an ancient beast that’ll be released from hell at a certain phase in their ministry.

“And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.” Revelation 11:7.

The story doesn’t end there…..

Scripture reveal that after three days of humiliation, they were raised up from the dead!

“And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven,” Revelation 11:11-13.

As much as we love to keep a clean sheet in our Christian walk, scars are a part of the journey.

Some are already prophetically foretold, because the path you are called to walk in are littered with brutal beasts waiting to take their pound of your flesh.

Regarding The Apostle Paul, The LORD Jesus Christ Himself said in Acts 9,

“But The LORD said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.” Acts 9:15-16.

Little wonder Apostle Paul said later on in his ministry,

“From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of The LORD Jesus,” Galatians 6:17.

There are times you must consider the weight of your calling, recognising there’s a price attached to what The Kingdom of The LORD Jesus Christ has sent you to accomplish.

When The LORD shows you a scar to bear that is unto a great victory in The Kingdom, He will give you The Grace to walk that path and gain the Victory!
