Flower Essence Formulas for Recovering from Burnout and Exhaustion

So many people I know feel like they’re sleepwalking through their days, feeling exhausted, and feeling like they don’t have the energy to take on any more. There are so many forces these days working to increase feelings of burnout and exhaustion! Working too hard, emotional overwhelm, feeling like the demands of life are too intense to permit a real break . . .
My “Recovery from Burnout and Exhaustion” flower essence combo formula can do a lot of good. It combines flower essences for energy balance with those for a more youthful attitude:
  • Aloe Vera: for balanced use of power
  • Corn: for grounded ability to stand tall (emotional backbone)
  • Hornbeam: for renewed inner strength, energy and enthusiasm for life tasks
  • Zinnia: for regaining a sense of play and enthusiasm about the game of life
When I use it, I notice that it does different things depending on what is going on for me. Sometimes it lifts me up and gives me more energy. Sometimes it helps get more sleep and rest. And, sometimes, a little of both. Over time, you can see a real shift. It seems to rebuild inner strength and enthusiasm for taking on the demands and tasks of daily life along with more of a sense of well-being.

Flower essences are used to assist with mind-body-spirit interactions and individual results may vary. They are extremely dilute which makes them quite safe. But because so little physical substance can be detected in a flower essence solution, these products are presumed to work on an energetic or vibrational level—something that cannot be adequately tested by western scientific methods. Claims made by me, therefore, are based on personal experiences and the evidence of the combined multiple decades of case notes by Dr. Edward Bach as well as Healing Herbs and Flower Essence Services (the companies who make the ingredients I use in my products). This is not, however, accepted medical evidence or substantiated scientific evidence from a modern allopathic point of view. I am not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare practitioner.
