Our confirmed MUFC XI vs West Ham United is now in, with the Red Devils looking to secure an important victory away from home.

Manchester United Football Club take on West Ham United this afternoon, in what has become a huge match for Erik ten Hag. Lose here and once again, the Dutchman will come under heavy fire from the Old Trafford faithful following a poor run of results.

West Ham has always been a tough fixture for the Red Devils, particularly away from home. No doubt this afternoon will be no different as the Hammers look to upset United once more.

Ten Hag had plenty of team news decisions to ponder over before selecting his starting line-up here, though to the surprise of nobody, he has gone as strong as possible given the current injury circumstances.

The team news is now in, so let’s give you the full rundown.

Andre Onana has been in super form to start this campaign and the man from Cameroon will no doubt have another busy afternoon here.

Diogo Dalot starts at left-back in this one, with Noussair Mazraoui seemingly returning to a more familiar right-back role after his midweek exploits in the number ten slot. Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez make up the now customary back two.

Casemiro comes into the side in the holding midfield role, with the man from Brazil looking to bounce back well. Christian Eriksen has been in excellent form so his selection here was a certainty, with Bruno Fernandes starting in the #10 slot.

Rasmus Hojlund leads the line as per usual, with Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho starting on his left and right respectively.

Come on lads!
