iciHaiti – Social Assistance : 326 women will receive monthly financial aid

At the initiative of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and Women’s Rights (MCFDF), the Social Assistance Fund (CAS) welcomed nearly 400 vulnerable women last week.

This provision of the Government aims to offer monthly financial support to women in general and to elderly women in particular at a time when they are affected by economic insecurity.

Thanks to this program, 326 beneficiaries, 252 women of the third age (between 65 and 85 years old), 71 women (between 45 and 55 years old) and 3 women (between 20 and 28 years old), were able to fill out forms to receive these essential allowances to relieve their suffering in these difficult times.
