Bethesda’s done it and “shadow-dropped” Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion after tons of speculation over the past few months. But, the real question is… can you play it on your PS5?
Why This Is Important?
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is a huge game not just in terms of scope for the time, but also this will mark the first instance of a full remaster of an Elder Scrolls game in quite some time beyond the — what feels like — infinite number of Skyrim re-releases. Oblivion released all the way back in 2006 and it definitely deserves some love.
With Xbox’s big push to no longer be beholden to exclusives, it makes sense to question whether or not such a big game will actually be a day-one release on PlayStation.
When Is It Releasing?
As expected, Elder Scrolls VI: Oblivion is out now, with people already clambering to buy the game for its $50 price tag.

Is It Available On PS5?
While the presentation says it’s available today, with the PS5 logo amongst Steam and Xbox, the page doesn’t appear to be live just yet. But, fear not, we’re sure it will be in coming hours.
[UPDATE]: The page is now live.
