With new and improved features on myTuGo, it’s never been easier or more convenient to manage your travel insurance or claims online! This one-stop-shop platform can be accessed with a computer, mobile device, or tablet, from anywhere in the world; and it’s easy to sign-up. Here’s a summary of some of the updated features that allow for a smooth claim experience: 

1. New Claim Submission Types 

To improve your experience, we’ve added additional claim types that can be submitted on myTuGo. Before, if an airline lost your luggage or you unexpectedly had to buy new prescription glasses on vacation, you had to call our Customer Service team to start your claim. Now, you can skip the call and go straight to myTuGo. With 5 new online flows, you can more easily submit claims for rental cars, dental coverage, prescription glasses, and baggage! 

2. Document Uploading Enhancements 

Whenever you upload a document to myTuGo, the status “Uploaded Documents Received” will be shown throughout the process. You’ll also be able to see your successfully uploaded documents, giving you confirmation and peace of mind. 

3. Dynamic Coverage Displays 

When starting your claim, the coverage types displayed will be unique to your policy. This means that you will only be able to submit claims for expenses you’re actually covered for, including additional claim types mentioned above. 

4. Emailed Pre-Filled Claim Forms 

You’ll now receive pre-filled forms via email using the information you send in during the submission process, simplifying the signing process and saving you time!
